Hi! I am a director and teaching artist based in Chicago. Originally from Pensacola, Florida, I moved to the midwest to attend Northwestern University, where I graduated with a B.A. in both Theatre and Psychology. My work strives to combine those two passions through exploring mental health, human behavior, and the ways lived experience shape action. I approach rehearsal as a collaborative space of inquiry, where emotional specificity and empathy guide the work. I strive to create performances that make internal experiences visible and invite audiences into recognition rather than judgment.
